Landscape Design: 2D and 3D
- Permits and Surveys are extra
- Simple: $1.5k to $2k
- Moderate: $2k to $5k
- Complex: $5k to $8k+
Patios
- Small Patio: $5k to $9k
A patio large enough for dining for 2 to 4 people. - Medium Patio: $12k to $20k
A medium-sized paver patio with room for dining and lounging for 6 to 8 people. - Large Patio: $25k to $50k+
A large paver or natural stone paver patio with room for dining and lounging for 8 to 20+ people.
Walkways
- Small: $3k to $5k
A simple flagstone or paver walkway. - Medium: $6k to $10k
A paving stone walkway without steps - Large: $10k to $20k+
- A larger walkway, possibly requiring steps and retaining wall.
Gardens – Back or Front Yard
- Small: $3k to $8k
Includes one specimen tree, mix of shrubs and perennials, and mulch. Soil amendments may be extra. - Medium: $9k to $20k
Includes several trees, a mix of shrubs, perennials, grasses, and mulch. Soil amendments may be extra. - Large Garden: $25k to $80k+
Includes several trees, a mix of shrubs, perennials, grasses, and mulch. Soil amendments may be extra.
Water Features
- Small Water Feature: $4k to $6k
A soothing gurgling rock with pond-less basin water feature. - Medium Water Feature: $7k to $12k
A beautiful water feature comprised of a small pond with boulders and waterfall. - Large Water Feature: $15k to $30k+
A beautiful water feature comprised of a large pond with creek and waterfalls.
Steps and/or Walls
- Small: $3k to $6k
Short run of steps or small precast concrete block wall to your front or back yard. - Medium: $8k to $13k
Stone or precast concrete block wall and/or steps in your front or back yard. - Large: $15k to $30k+
Large stone or precast concrete block walls and/or steps in your front or back yard.
Low Voltage Lighting
- Small: $4,500 to $7,000
Illuminate your outdoor space with 4-8 LED fixtures. - Medium: $8k to $14k
Illuminate your outdoor space with 10-20 LED fixtures. - Large: $15k to $25k+
Illuminate your outdoor space with 25-40+ LED fixtures.
Arbours
- Small Arbour: $2k to $3k
Create an inviting garden archway that includes 2 posts with cedar beams and crosspieces. - Medium Arbour: $4k to $8k
Create an inviting garden feature that includes 4 posts with cedar beams and crosspieces. - Large Arbour: $10k to $20k
Create an inviting garden feature. This elaborate design includes 4 to 6 posts with cedar beams and crosspieces.
Decks
- Small Deck: $5k to $8k
Small landing or steps. - Medium Deck: $10k to $30k
Average sized deck with railings. - Large Deck: $35k to $80k+
Large or more elaborate deck with extra features and levels.
Artificial Turf
- Small: $4k to $7k
A small townhouse backyard with pet-friendly infill. - Medium: $8k to $12k
A medium area in artificial turf with pet-friendly infill. - Large: $12k to $18k+
A large area with artificial turf and pet-friendly infill.
Grading and Sodding
- Small: $3k to $5k
A small backyard with minimal grading and new sod or repairs. - Medium: $6k to $9k
A medium yard with grading and lawn repairs to the road. - Large: $10k to $40k+
A large backyard that requires more extensive grading and sodding or lawn repairs.
